Apparently a lot of shit happened after the... Incident with Epsilon. Naturally Wash was left in the dark about it-- literally and figuratively. The only real 'clue' he got was a bitter comment from South shortly after waking up, and that was that Tex had gone rouge for whatever reason. Before he could really ask anything else South was out the door, and North shortly there after, leaving him to sit and twiddle his thumbs for god knows how long.

When Wash felt like he could finally relax for a moment the entire ship was rattling with gunfire. By the time he got up to investigate, the artificial gravity was cut. He couldn't think of any other reasonable response other than panic and confusion, but just when he tried to leave the med bay the gravity came back online and sent him straight down with a hard thud. It just about knocked him out and did wonders for his headache.

The first thing he hears is North, then York.

"Can someone explain to me just what the hell is going on!?" He manages to yell to his fellow teammates while trying to pick himself back up.
