"A lot of things." She leans forward and makes a poking motion towards his forehead. He's lucky she doesn't feel like moving close enough to actually do that right now. "Like the fact you only use it for your homework."
"You look like an idiot when you practice alone like that, you know." Which is partially why she joined in with him on occasion. She can't have her brother looking like that much of a fool.
"I'd look like a bigger idiot if I got beat up by some street punk," he points out with a wry smile. "Can't rely on you coming to rescue me every time something happens."
She loves it when her ego is stroked. "Maybe if you weren't so scared to fight dirty once in a while you wouldn't need me to be within yelling distance."
"Hey, you remember how things were that one time I got put in juvie," he says. It was only two days, but things were pretty shitty at home afterward, for a little while.
